Reclaim the backyard
An aging in-ground pool can be more liability than luxury, rising maintenance, safety and insurance concerns, and a chunk of yard you cannot use. Removing it opens the space back up for grass, an addition, or a clean lot for resale, and it takes the upkeep and the risk off your plate.
Space Coast Demolition removes concrete, gunite, and fiberglass pools across Brevard for homeowners, investors, and sellers. We break it down, handle the permit and backfill, and haul off the debris, so you are left with a level, compacted yard instead of a hole.

Partial vs. full removal
There are two ways to do it. A partial removal (or fill-in) breaks up the top of the shell, punches drainage holes in the bottom, and fills and compacts the cavity, faster and more affordable, and right for most yards. A full removal takes out the entire shell and all the material, which costs more but leaves the site cleanest for building on later.
Which one is right depends on your plans for the space, your budget, and local requirements. We walk you through the tradeoff honestly, pull the demolition permit, and backfill and compact so the ground is stable and usable, not a soft spot that settles later.
Either way you get a firm, itemized quote on-site, the debris hauled off, and the yard left clean. Call (321) 248-5255 for a free assessment.
